Hi, Cece here. Yesterday I hit post on something that felt a bit scary. We’re starting montage “from scratch” and inviting you to be part of the journey 💖

I just finished this 12 week founder bootcamp and it was wild. Learnt so much, talked to hugeeeee names in the business, marketing, start up world. But what I learnt really matters is refreshing often and improving. We’ve had lots of amazing and also meh moments in the last few years of running events and community. We wouldn’t be where we are without the incredible people who do behind the scenes work. I was working 60+ hours a week to fund, pay and juggle a team of at one point 10. Then after volunteers, ambassadors, friends helping out for specific events in our slack channel we were at 30! So now, ⭐️ we’re starting over. ⭐️
